More of My Story of Recovery from Illness

   After I took ReishiMax and Tegreen the fibroid reduced in size to 2.0cm x 2.9cm. Then I got a chance to have a procedure called a "uterine artery embolization" which causes less side effects and was safer than a hysterectomy.  I sleep well without the special mask that I needed before because I had asthma and sleep apnea for many years.  Now I can fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.  Since the quality of my sleep improved, I have more energy during the day.  I have had menopausal symptoms since I was 42 in 1998.  I have tried many medicines prescribed by doctors, but to no avail.  My doctor started me on hormone pills, but the side effects were more than I could handle, so I stopped using them.  I suffered for many years until November 2004 when I tried Estera Phase II.  After using Estera Phase II my menopausal symptoms started to go away.  Hot flashes, mood swings, bloating, body fat, and dry skin have all improved.  I went through my menopause smoothly and started post-menopausal treatment recently with Estera III.  It helps me feel and look even younger than when I was forty.  I feel happy, relaxed, have no more mood swings and I have a better body shape.
   Now I am closer with my daughter Elaine and have better relationships with my family than ever.  I met my husband Dan in June of 2005, and married in December.  We are very happy to be with each other and want to enjoy the rest of our life together.  My anxiety and inflammation are gone because my immune system is much stronger.  I am healthier and stronger so now I can help other people.  Because of my own experience with my health issues, I can better understand my clients needs.

   I love Nuskin and their products so much.  Many of my friends also do so after they try the products.  This business has given me more free time and financial freedom.  I also got good health and youth as well.  We all know that good diet, good supplements and good exercise help us to have good health.  That’s why I like Bikram yoga, and my doctor has highly recommend it also.  I am so happy that the quality of my life has greatly improved.  I really enjoy my new life, as long as we live longer and healthier.
