Testimonials

Marta & Pawel  October 10th, 2012

Hi Pat the Angel,

This is the testimonial of you, but the words can not describe the work, affection and engaging you
do for people.

I had a chance to meet Pat a year ago. At that time I was a disaster. My lower back was hurting
because of accident a have had 6 years before, my left hip, foot and arm were blocking my normal
physical life. My neck bothered me as well causing dark circles under my eyes and often headaches.

Within few years I visited many chiropractors and massage therapists, but only Pat was able to put me back to normal life. She started to correct my body and postures. After only first treatment I felt amazing relief, and my body was reshaped to the right position. My pain was gone!

She became my healing angel, because she appeared for me at the moment when my deprived body
was “screaming for help”.

Pat you are just amazing!!!

God bless you, Pat!!!

Thank you so much...

Hi Pat.

Thanks for the pix.

I had a wonderful night - no contractions and I feel so much better. Thanks for all the work you are doing on me, I really appreciate you patience.

I still want her to be delivered soon but I guess I might just have to wait a little longer :) I felt Alexander's head - can't believe the bone that was raised on top of his head is gone. I will keep you posted on how things are going with Simone.

See you soon
Jasmin

Hi Pat,

Thanks for the pictures. I can't believe how much straighter I am now. Thanks you are a great.
Alexander does not walk anymore - he just runs :) And he will not stop making noise (and talking) he seems happier.

I hope our little Lady takes her time with her arrival so we can see you next week.

Hi Ms. Leung!

How are you?

Thank you for the pictures, I can definitely see and feel the difference in my shoulders as well as my neck!  I have increased mobility in my hip joints as well.  I have tried my best to maintain proper posture, and sleep in the correct position.  Elaine also reminds me often!  For about one week I was feeling discomfort in my left hip, but I remember you saying it was my body’s response to the treatment due to my right hip injury.  I have not felt any pain in that area recently, but sometimes there is some soreness in my right hip after a long workout.  After stretching it goes away.  My father takes Epsom salt baths from time to time, so I was able to use it and soak in a bath a few days ago.

I’m sorry I haven’t been keeping you very informed.  So I am about to give you many details! Read this when you have free time. My recent schedule has been very tough.  I have workouts 2-3 times per day, 5 days per week.   5 days a week I also train with a soccer team.  Usually at these times I experience much more discomfort in my hip area, but it has felt much better than in the past.

I am just realizing how much time I have wasted with this hip problem!  The issue I had in high school and college was every time I worked to reach a certain speed, the IT band muscle near my hip would separate from the bone, and I would have to stop running.  The doctor would prescribe me medication for the pain and tell me to stay off of it for a month.  For this reason I was never able to reach my full potential, and I also never took running very seriously.  I also never had great coaches.  I accepted my limitations over the last seven years, and never realized that improving my posture and alignment of my bones could have such positive effects.  I have never been able to train the way I wanted to.  To put it into perspective for you, as a freshman in high school I would finish my event in 60 seconds.  By my senior year, I was finishing in 51 seconds, with little training because of my hip soreness.  By college, I was running it in 48 seconds, still with little training.  A couple of months ago I was consistently finishing in the range of 46.5 seconds, which was good enough to get me in the position that I am now. I have enjoyed the experience, and had no expectations to compete this year because I was just an alternate.  But after seeing you once, I finished my event in 44.7 seconds.  More importantly, I was doing it consistently, so it was not just my lucky day.  My hips were much looser, as well as my arms, and I was able to improve my stride.  My trainer has noticed a significant increase in my flexibility as well.  It really has not made much sense to me to improve with age, but I think it goes to show just how much better I could have been when I was younger if I had dealt with my limitations.

The United States Trials were yesterday.  This is where they decide the ranking of the runners that will go with the U.S. Team.  My boss looked it up, and we realized that my time was faster than 14 of the 17 front runners, and my time was only 0.2 seconds slower than the #1 position.  This was a big wake up call, because the U.S. winner yesterday ended up running in 45.36 seconds.  I am six years older than him with a faster time, and if I had been able to consistently run like he has over the past three years, I would have been in the position to win.  I know that this sudden improvement had to do with my visit to you, because it is very difficult to drop 2 full seconds in my event .  I am in the position now where many who were not concerned about me before are now very worried that I will have the opportunity to run next month.
I try to recommend you, whenever I hear about someone with an issue, because I strongly believe in the great things you are doing. You are great at it because you genuinely care.  Although I have known Elaine for years, we only recently started talking about me going to see you.
I only wish I had met you sooner, as I know my age will catch up with me very soon!  I have been upset with myself recently realizing that
I have wasted so much time in my 20’s with this hip problem.  With the proper encouragement and treatment, who knows what could have happened?  But I am trying my best to make the most of what I have left now so I can have no regrets looking back.  I do also realize that this is would have been a long commitment to dedicate my 20’s to, and I would not have accomplished some of the other things I have.  So it is o.k.  I just want to thank you for the wake-up call, because I never realized how much my posture was impairing my ability to run and do other simple things.  Because even after I’m finished running this season, I would like to stay in shape, active, and get involved in other activities.  My schedule calms down after next week so I will text you to make an appointment.  I would like to get a few more in before I leave.  My cousin is a fighter and he will be making an appointment with you next month as well.  He is more jacked up than I am! :) There are also a few members of the soccer team I practice with that I am trying to convince to see you as well, but they are scared, haha.  I did see your email about the water, and I do believe it is amazing. When I start working full time again in the fall, I am considering purchasing one of those machines. It seems to be worth it. I will keep you updated on everything going on with me.  I hope all is well with you and your family.  Thanks again!

God Bless,

Enos

"About Michelle"

Click on Small Pictures for a Larger Image

Michelle is a five year old girl, turning six in August, diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a disability that effects her physical development.  Starting at 8 months, she had physical therapists coming to our home weekly to help her.  When she turned two, she was admitted into Bay Cove Small Wonders Nursery School, where physical therapy was worked into the curriculum.

When Michelle was younger, she was always coming in and out of hospitals. Sometimes she had to stay for a month at a time.  She even had a feeding tube, formally called a "G-tube."  A G-tube is a tube that is directly connected into her stomach, then hooked up to a machine that then pumps milk in.

April 2008

February 2009

When she was four years old, a decision was made to remove the G-tube even though feeding her was still difficult.
Doctors tried to do everything that they could to help her; Botox injections to ease and soften her muscles, splints, braces, but nothing had any lasting long term effects.  Then, we tried some more traditional methods via herbal medicines. Like everything else though, benefits weren’t really surfacing. Then, my mother heard through a Meditation Center about Pat; someone who would change our lives.

Before seeing Pat, Michelle could not walk or stand, even with support.  She sat with a hunched back and a neck cocked to the side.  Her hands and feet were very tense; legs bending with difficulty and hands always tightly balled in a fist. Since seeing Pat weekly for two months though, the progress has been clear and amazing.

Michelle can now walk and stand with something to hold onto as support.  She sits up nice and straight, just like ‘yoga’.  Also, she can hand out her fingers to give high-fives, and can now bend her legs very well. Moreover, Pat even works on Michelle’s jaws so that chewing is easier.  Michelle loves coming to Pat, and loves even more to hang upside down and to hear her fingers ‘pop’.  We cannot thank Pat and her buddy Lucas enough.  And like Michelle always says,
“It hurts at first, but I feel so good afterwards.”
